In last month’s TLBB, I received a generously sized sample of Lilac Soap from Angelic Soaps and Gifts. I love the scent of lilac, which is a good thing since this little chunk of soap was highly scented. The soap was also filled with bits of oatmeal, which is great for the skin. However, the thing I liked best is how well it lathered – and fast too! If I should ever run out of soap, I know who I will be ordering from.

I'm alive.. well sort of!

Saturday I started feeling a bit funky. Yep.. funky. Sunday I started feeling a lot funky and by Monday, woo.. don't even get me started. I'm not even kidding when I say that I've been attached to my bed for almost 4 days now. I'm peeved that I can't get in to see a doctor either. I don't know what's the matter with me. Is it the flu? Is it the swine flu? Do I have a sinus infection? Do I have strep throat? Who knows! My doctors office can't see me because they are booked! My only choice is to go to the ER and I'm one of those people that don't go to the ER unless my finger has been cut off.
I've been suffering in silence and sleeping a ton but that doesn't help those of you that ordered Black Boxes last Friday. Even though I'm at about 55% today I showered and am going to attempt to do boxes because I printed off shipping labels for Monday and never got to pack them. I feel terrible. Those of you who know me know that it's not like me at all to take this long to get the boxes out.
Anyhow, here's my update. I miss you.
Mixology is in the Box!
As you have probably figured out by now, I am in love with mineral make-up, so of course I was overly excited to see Mixology in this month’s TLBB. A few years ago, I received a sample (actually a full sized jar) of their Armor eyeshadow (a lovely silver which just happens to be their current promo of the week) and I wear it quite often. I have yet to order from them, though. However, I have been thinking long and hard about trying their Brown Eyes Pop Collection © because my boring brown eyes need all the help they can get!

3 Things I Would Buy From: M’n’M Treasures
I am not a belt person, but these gorgeous belt buckles from M’n’M Treasures might just totally change my mind (and yes, these three all happen to be blue, but there are plenty of other colors available):

I Want: HALF Flair for Cooking Vintage Retro Apron
I love to cook, but I don’t really wear aprons. When I was little and learning how, my mom always made me wear them (probably because she was the one who did my laundry). As I got older, I just stopped wearing them (unless I was doing something that involved copious amounts of flour, but that is a whole ’nother story). However, if I were to wear an apron, it would be something cute and trendy like this Half Flair for Cooking Vintage Retro Apron from Great Goods. The black is also a great color as it will hid stains.
